Shipping rates will be calculated automatically using ground delivery, based upon item weight and distance from the supplier warehouse to our customer.
We can ship using your shipping account. Please contact BeatMed’s customer service to provide your shipping account information, and preferred delivery method.
A flat handling fee of $10 is added to each order.
When will my items be delivered?
BeatMed is a B2B marketplace, connecting suppliers directly to customers (drop-shipments).
Therefore all orders are subject to a lead time by our suppliers, plus delivery time.
Unless otherwise indicated, all items are shipped by ground, and arrive within 3-5 business days.
Orders received after 1:00 PM EST time will ship the following business day.
You will be notified in the event that we anticipate delivery in excess of 5 business days.
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification, including tracking information*
* When available. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments according to numbers of suppliers in the order, and upon fulfillment of the order by our suppliers.

Free shipping is available on orders above $1,000 , and for accounts ordering over $10,000/month.
BeatMed currently ships within the USA (including Alaska). Specific items ship to Canada.
Customer service is available Mon – Friday between 7am to 5pm Eastern.
